What Quiet Premium provides
Quiet Premium provides personalized travel-strategy information based on the inputs you supply and on current card, airline, hotel, loyalty-program, and travel facts available to the product. The goal is to help you evaluate how your existing spending and travel behavior could produce better travel outcomes.
Not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
Quiet Premium is an informational decision-support product. It does not provide financial planning, legal, tax, investment, or credit counseling. You are responsible for deciding whether to apply for, keep, close, or use any financial product and for evaluating the effect on your own finances and credit.
Third-party rules change
Credit-card terms, annual fees, earning rates, statement credits, loyalty-program rules, elite-status thresholds, routes, award availability, upgrade availability, hotel benefits, and transfer options can change without notice. Quiet Premium uses verification and fail-closed controls, but no result guarantees that a third party will approve an application, honor an upgrade, provide a particular room or seat, make an award available, or preserve a program rule in the future.
Your inputs matter
The quality of a recommendation depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide. Approximate or missing information can reduce precision. Do not provide card numbers, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other authentication secrets.
Private plan links
A saved plan may be accessible through a private link containing an Analysis ID and secret retrieval token. Treat that link like confidential information. Anyone who obtains the complete link may be able to view the plan. Quiet Premium is not responsible for access caused by your sharing, forwarding, publishing, or otherwise exposing the private link.
Independent service
Quiet Premium is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the airlines, hotels, card issuers, banks, or loyalty programs referenced on the site unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and validation period
Quiet Premium may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features while the product is being validated and improved. Some analyses may be offered without charge during validation. If paid services are introduced, additional purchase terms may apply before a charge is made.
Acceptable use
You may use the site and your results for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, probe private data belonging to other users, submit malicious content, or use automated means to overload or systematically extract the service.
Intellectual property
Quiet Premium’s original site design, analysis structure, explanatory text, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Quiet Premium materials to you.
No warranty
Quiet Premium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Premium disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every travel or financial situation.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Premium is not responsible for losses arising from third-party program changes, application decisions, travel disruptions, award or upgrade availability, your use of a recommendation, or unauthorized access caused by disclosure of your private plan link. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Quiet Premium evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated terms apply to later use of the service.
